But we will notify all participants if we have available grant.<\/p><p><strong>If my paper is accepted, do I have to present it at the conference?<\/strong><\/p><p>Yes. Authors must be prepared to present their papers on the day of conference. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in removal of the paper(s) from the conference proceedings, program books, website and publications. Please note that the IMDES airtime policy will be enforced, which means that if you have multiple papers accepted, you can present a maximum of three papers.<\/p><p><strong>May I submit papers which are under review somewhere else?<\/strong><\/p><p>No. Submissions to the conference must be original work. Submissions should not have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference.
