The main focus of the 2nd International Conference of Innovation in Media and Visual Design (IMDES 2023) is “Human, Design, and Virtuality”. The existence of digital virtuality in the midst of an information society has become an integral component of the human existential condition. New spaces for exploring the engagement of design and its impact on humans in digital virtuality continue to grow exponentially. This has also fostered the desire of scientists, researchers, educators and the general public to further explore and continue to develop studies related to virtuality, design and humans in an interdisciplinary manner. It is believed that interdisciplinary research and collaboration on human, design, and virtuality will open barriers between disciplines so that the studies carried out will bring greater and more comprehensive benefits to humans.

WELCOME TO IMDES 2023
This conference will welcome the theory, methods, and implementation of innovation in the realm of discussion about human, design, and virtuality. IMDES 2023 invites papers describing original contributions in all fields of art and design associated with human, design, virtuality, and related research areas. All submissions should be in English. For every accepted submission, it is required that at least one author will attend the conference to present the work.
TOPICS:
Research topics of interest for IMDES 2023 include, but are not limited to: Design Theory and Methods, Design Practice, Project Design, Participation & Collaboration, Media and Digital Experiments, Culture and Society, Psychology and Perception, and Economy and Law.
